Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when received
  • Be unworn or unused, with tags
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

  1. Contact us at autismlifestylebrand@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges For an exchange, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
